Aquacamtools E-Shop Terms and Conditions

About the E-shop
E-Shop products are sold under the Matexpro Business ID 2058848-9. We sell products to individuals
of age and to companies. The product prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change the
prices and postage.
Products are usually ordered through the shopping basket from the internet address
All orders are confirmed via emails in which the price of the order, method of delivery and ordered
product are stated. In order to receive an order confirmation, an e-mail address must be provided when
placing the order.
The customer is bound through each order by delivery terms and conditions valid at the time of order.
We send an order confirmation to your email when we receive the order.
The products can be paid for using Finnish e-banking identifiers or credit card. The checkout
payment forwarding service forwards your payment to the shops. Checkout is the secure method
of payment for you. The service is registered in the registery of payment institutions upheld by the
Financial Supervisory Authority under the Payment Institutions Act. Checkout is an administrative
service of Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6).
We send out the products when payment is successful and the order is recorded in our system. We do
not operate on a cash-on-delivery basis.
Delivery of products is done via the post office or other freight service providers. We deliver our
products to everywhere in the world. Some of our products are delivered directly to your mail box
while bigger packages need to be picked up from the post office or parcel pick-up points.
In accordance with the consumer’s protection law, customers are entitled to a 14 day exchange
and return policy. Reports on mistakes in deliveries or incorrect products have to be made to the
address sale(at)aquacamtools within 14 days of receiving the product. The address for returns is

for returns only applies to items that are unused and in their orginal packaging and are of fair
We will refund the money to your account when the item has been returned and it has been proven
to be of fair marketable quality. The item needs to be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Attach the following information with the item to be returned:
• your name, address and phone number
• your bank account number
• and a copy of the order confirmation
We do not accept returns after 14 days from the date of delivery. When the return has been accepted,
the money will be refunded directly to your account after reception and processing.
If the consignment has been broken or damaged during delivery, please report the
damages to the personnel in charge of cargo immediately. We pack all products
appropriately in order to minimise damage caused during delivery. We are not responsible
for damages caused during delivery.
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms and conditions. The customer has to familiarise
himself or herself with the valid delivery terms and conditions at any given time.
